The best Indian food you will eat and we are spoilt for choice coming from Manchester. The butter chicken and garlic nan are amazing!!
I ate classics such as tikka masala etc. and was very satisfied, the dishes were much better than their counterparts in Poland, although also significantly more expensive. Magolasi is also delicious.I recommend!

We sat outside to eat on a balmy evening in early October. The menu is not the traditional Indian restaurant menu that I am familiar with, lacking many of the small side dishes that I frequently partake of. However the food was stunning, and the drinks very reasonably priced. The service was both helpful and prompt.The beef soup was a delight!
I recently visited The Gateway of India in Saint Paul’s Bay and had an amazing time. The cozy atmosphere and welcoming staff made for a great first impression.We enjoyed delicious cocktails – the “Goa Sunrise” and “Mango Blast.” Watching the kitchen in action was a treat, especially seeing the chicken tandoori and butter chicken being prepared.Our meal included crisp papadam with chutneys, tandoori chicken, samosas, and rich chicken curries with rice. Every dish was bursting with flavors and textures. Dipping naan into the chicken gravy was a personal favorite!The chicken tandoori and samosas were outstanding, leaving us fully satisfied. The terrace is a fantastic spot to dine. If you’re in Saint Paul’s Bay, don’t miss out on this gem!Thanks ♥️
I’ve had lunch at The Gateway of India restaurant in Malta three times, and the experience has been exceptional. The service is amazing, with impeccably friendly waiters, especially the Indian waitress who adds a warm, authentic touch.The food is good, bursting with rich, flavorful spices that capture the essence of Indian cuisine.The ambiance enhances the overall experience, making it a perfect spot for enjoying delicious Indian food in Malta. We were wandering around for some time when we decided to try Gateway To India as some places already closed up or just haven’t been interesting. What luck! We couldn’t have asked for better, tastier food it was a really pleasant surprise! Not only the food was great but our waiter Rahul was so polite, kind and attentive, he made us feel welcome! Would recommend 100%!
One of the best Indian Halal food restaurant in town. The ambience of this restaurant is incredible. Very friendly staff, the food was amazing, neat and clean. Must visit Highly recommended. 10/10
